Sausage and Egg Casserole

I have mentioned this recipe on my weekly menu before, but I never posted the recipe. It is a family favorite.

I received the recipe from a friend that I used to work with. She would get up early and treat us to a nice, warm breakfast. YUM!

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 t dry mustard
2 1/2 c bread cubes
2 c shredded cheese
2 lbs bulk pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
5 oz milk

Brown pork sausage. Pour bread cubes in 9 x 13 pan. Put browned pork sausage and cheese over bread cubes.

Mix eggs, dry mustard and 2 1/2 cups of milk. Pour over all.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix soup and 5 oz milk, pour over the top. Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes. Enjoy! (Sorry, we enjoyed before I could get a picture of the final product. I was delicious!)
