A Frugal Valentine's Day With Love

Well, it will be here on Monday. It is hard to believe how quickly days get here. So I thought for this week, I would share what I will be doing to frugally celebrate Valentine's Day.

First of all, I am a big believer in the saying:

The best way to a man's heart is through is stomach.
I will be making:

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (I made this last week and took a picture, but my daughter deleted all my pics. So, click on the link to see their yumminess!)

Berry Sweet Bouquet- the kids will help with this

For dinner, we will have a heart pizza from Papa Murphy's. I got a great deal through Plum District a couple of weeks ago.

Marriage is the be held in honor among all.....Hebrews 13:4

Besides these fun eats for the day, I plan to make the day as easy as possible for him. Whether I kiss him good-bye in the morning or welcome him home at the door after work.

Lastly, I plan to write him a very nice note. Once I get started, I can write to him pages.

So between the food and love note, we will have a very frugal yet meaningful day.

What are your frugal ideas for Valentines' Day?

I have had a nice time sharing with you the past couple of weeks. I hope you enjoy your Valentine's Day with your husband's no matter how you celebrate your love.
