Peanut Butter Pie (I think I got this from Jif and have tweaked a little for my family). It is by far my children's favorite dessert.
1 prepared chocolate pie crust
1 c peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
12 oz container whipped topping, divided
1 jar hot fudge
1/2 c sugar
In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Gently fold in 3 cups whipped topping. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Using a spatula, smooth mixture to edges of pie. Microwave hot fudge for 1 minute. Stir, spread enough on top to cover the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over the hot fudge layer. Enjoy!
Quick, easy and delicious! Let me know what you think!

This sounds wonderful--I'm adding it to my "Recipes to try" list (can you tell I like lists):) I'm going to post soon about Special K bars or Scotcharoos as some people call them--they are my family's fav! Thanks for the recipe!
